we all GET that the body craves muscular churning and heat-making, BUT a lot of us have been hanging out in that ole’ chronic nervous system collapse for too long and it’s made the idea of vigorous effort the least. appealing. thing. ever.

Hi, I’m Melissa (she/her) reporting for duty as your emotional rescue dance captain✨ I’ve spent most of my life in deep devotion to dance performance, experimental movement and somatic inquiry.

I bring everything I’ve collected as a professional artist, facilitator and mystic baddie to get you more connected to your body and creative power.
