Cry Mommy ~ December 23
Monday, December 23 // 10 - 11am est
Crybaby Dance Club presents: CRY MOMMY
A somatic movement class for caregivers of young children
A sacred ode to the Mothers - this is movement as soul nutrition and cathartic release. A guided movement experience to get you back into your OWN skin for a sec, and feel that your body is in fact yours no matter how many humans it is also keeping alive right now.
One hour, chop chop you’ve got places to be, Mommy! Your free time is priceless, let’s make this moment drippy and sloshy and sensuous as heck.
An all levels experience - class flows between seated and lying down movement prompts and bouncy, joyful, ass-shakey moves to find your inner body authority and flow for the day. Deep listening to the cells and the tissues.
Restorative touch and physical support exercises will be included but you can definitely opt out if you’re feeling over-touched that day.
****this is an adult class, not a mommy + baby experience****
Location:
All Life is Yoga // 27 Waddell St NE, Suite D, Atlanta
Enter gravel parking lot through the iron gate behind Boca Lupo restaurant and ALIY Studio is in the center of the building to the right, with the big red door. Free parking is available in gravel lot, or parallel along Waddell Street or Edgewood Avenue.
